Midnight...
I just woke from a nightmare. As I laid in the darkness, my chest tight, trying to find breath, a tiny bird alighted on a branch just outside my window. It carried a small red flower, and sang a song of the enduring power of love, and I wept, feeling your love for me.
If you should need it tonight, or any other, know that, I've known it from the moment that we met, no doubt in my mind where we belong. I could make you happy, make your dreams come true, there's nothing that I wouldn't do, I'd go to the ends of the earth for you, to make you feel my love.
I feel you with me, just when I need you. We'll be together again, soon, I hope. But no matter how long it takes,I love you, my sweet girl, and I'll be right here, now and always.
